Per aprire Report editor, cliccare su Report -> Report editor nella barra dei menù.

Report editor si aprirà.

Se una query non ritorna i risultati aspettati, messaggi di errore o per qualsiasi altro problema è possibile inviarla al supporto.  

Prima di tutto è necessario Aprire la query.

Tasto destra-->Query--> Invia alla hotline.

Inviare una query alla hotline

La finestra seguente si aprirà:

Selezionare Si per confermare. Il file verrà salvato come FQB [Nome_query].grd.

A questo punto l'editor Email installato nel vostro PC si aprirà. Indirizzo mail del supporto, un testo standard e la query in allegato verranno caricati in automatico.
