La donazione di sperma è possibile solo dopo crioconservazione del campione che ha uno spermiogramma associato.

 

Donatore e Ricevente

Il paziente uomo deve essere un donatore (per sapere come fare vedere qui). La ricevente deve avere selezionata l'opzione  La persona necessita: Donatore sperma (per sapere come fare vedere qui).

 

Spermiogramma da Donatore

Creare uno spermiogramma, inserire i dati necessari e crioconservarlo. Poi, nella maschera di Crioconservazione di liquido seminale è necessario selezionare l'opzione "Per donazione" nella sezione verde in basso. In futuro nel caso il campione sia riservato per qualcuno sarà possibile vederne il nome nella sezione "Riservato per". 

 

Usare un campione di sperma da donatore in un ciclo

Nella tab OI-IUI aprire/creare un inseminazione, poi andare nella tab Eterologo. Qui si hanno 3 modi per associare il campione di spermiogramma.

• Se il campione è già stato riservato per il paziente o il suo spermiogramma ram with checked Donated sperm, then you just need to open the drop-down list and select it (1).
• If you want to use donor’s sperm brought by the couple, you can create a spermiogram directly from here by pressing the lightning button (2). A new spermiogram mask will open with the checkbox Donated sperm already checked.
• If you want to use a sperm from any donor, you can create a link from this window by pressing the plus button (3). The matcher will in the location where you are able to link a donor and one/several straws. The next step is selecting it from the drop-down list (1).

Note: Red spermiogram means that it is still on quarantine (6 month).

 

Cicli di FIVET

Open the Culture tab and after choosing the desired oocyte, right-click it and select one of the treatments from Ooc. Treatment. Select (double-click) which treatment spermiogram you want to link with the donated sperm and follow the same instructions from the points above (IUI Cycle).
