• The fields will be filled automatically with the data of the semen analysis.

• Enter the time and executing person (click on the lightning button to enter the current logged in user).

• If necessary, add a note at the bottom.

• Confirm your entries by clicking OK.

• Assign a semen analysis by selecting one in the field Cryo semen analysis (Man, date of freezing, ID, #motile).

• If necessary, add a note at the bottom.

• Confirm your entries by clicking OK.
