You can assign a semen analysis to the culture by selecting one in the field “SP (Collection date, ID, #Motile)”

You can assign a donor semen analysis to the culture by selecting one in the field “Cryo semen analysis (man, date of freezing, ID,  #motile)” or

<img src="/images/Plus.png" alt="" width="23" height="23" /> reserve a new donor sample with the "Plus" button and assign it subsequently out of the list.  

Confirm your entries by clicking "OK“.
