To prevent accidental or malicious deletion of data, there is now the option of locking individual data, entire therapies and areas.

  • You can lock the data by clicking on the arrow next to the QM button.
  • To lock entire therapies, click right on the symbol at the end of the therapy line. A list will be opened and you can lock the data.

  • You recognize locked data / areas on the closed lock, which is colored gray.

  • Open this field by right-clicking on the lock.

  • You can see which user has locked the field.

  • The unlocking of data can only happen through entering the password of the person who had locked it.
  • Click on "Unlock cycle" to get to the input window of the release.
