Abort cycle

You can interrupt a cycle before performing important tasks such as: ovarian puncture, insemination or cryo thawing .

In order to accomplish that, right-click the respective day in the Events group then, select Abort the therapy prior to treatment.

The following window will open:

  • Select main and additional cause for the abortion of the cycle.
  • Press the OK button to confirm.

  • The icon CA (Cycle Abortion) will indicate the interruption of the cycle for that specific date.

 

Last menstrual period

With the event Set date of LMP, you indicate the date of the patient's last menstrual period. This is very important since the Overview tab will be displayed starting from this date.

In order to set a new LMP date, do the following:

  • Right-click the respective day in the Events group to set or reposition the date of the last menstrual period.
  • Click Set date of LP.

In case the LMP date had already been set, confirm the following warning by selecting Yes.

 

Relocating the cycle

You can also easily relocate a cycle to another IVF center.

  • Right-click a day in the Events group.
  • Click Relocate cycle.

 

The following window will open:

  • Here you can enter the clinic ID.
  • Alternatively, click on the empty field to see a list of all centers.
  • Confirm your entry or selection by pressing OK.

An icon will indicate the relocation of the cycle in the Events groups.

 

Set cycle end date

You can document the ending of cycle by the Set cycle end date event.

  • Right-click a day in the Events group.
  • Click Set cycle end date.

 

The event will show as follows and the calendar will not be visible after this date.
