Click on this button to open the window for adding a new patient.
	Enter Surnamen, Name, Patient ID, Gender and Date of birth. Click OK.   If the Patient ID is not set to be automatically generated in the system settings, it will be possible to fill this field as well.

• Dates in MedITEX IVF can be entered with the help of the calendar function or directly in the input field in the format DDMMYY (for example 041278 = 4. December 1978).

 

• If you wish to add a date of the current year, entering the information in the format DDMM is sufficient (for example 1205 = 14. May 2009).

• Confirm your entries by pressing <TAB> on your keyboard to move the cursor into the next input field.
