How to configure Antivirus software?

Configuration of Antivirus software which is installed on your system (server and clients) can be the reason why:

  • MedITEX speed is not satisfactory
  • loss in connection to datebase is happening

 

To avoid these problems, the following directories should be excluded from being scanned by the Virus Scanner:

  • Complete directory where MedITEX is installed: ("<drivename>:\CRITEX") 
  • <drivename>:\CRITEX\MedITEX IVF\MedITEX IVF.exe
  • <drivename>:\CRITEX\MedITEX IVF\RDAD.exe
  • <drivename>:\CRITEX\MedITEX IVF\Terminplaner.exe
  • C:\Program Files (x86)\Firebird\Firebird_2_5\bin\fb_inet_server.exe

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

All these steps need to be repeated in all clients.
