Communication overview section is available in both MedITEX IVF and MedITEX Scheduler. This sections allows you to view all messages exchanged with all your patients. In MedITEX IVF you can send/receive Web portal and SMS messages. In MedITEX Scheduler only SMS messages are available.

Communication overview window can be opened in two ways:

  1. Click on the button Messages on the start page (number in brackets represents the number of new messages)
  2. At the menu, click on Reports -> Communication overview
