Il numero massimo di appuntamenti può essere definito attraverso le impostazioni.

 Attraverso System -> Impostazioni  -> Orari di lavoro ed impegni.

  • Aprire la finestra delle impostazioni di una risorsa facendo doppio click o attraverso il tasto Modifica impostazioni delle risorse .

  • Per ogni risorsa è possibile impostare un numero massim di appuntamenti al giorno. 
  • Il limite può essere definito giorno per giorno o per l'intera settimana . 

 

Esempio:

In una clinica sono disponibili quattro letti. Ogni giorno ciascun letto può essere assegnato solo una volta. A resource Beds has been defined. In order not to reserve more beds than they are available, a maximum number of appointments for the resource Beds is limited to four.

If at the assignment of an appointment the maximum number is exceeded, a warning will be displayed.
