Come gestire la coltura con la Rappresentazione Tabellare?

La coltura relativa ad ovociti/embrioni si sviluppa da sinistra a destra nella tab della Rappresentazione Tabellare.

La tabella è divisa in due sezioni:

Una per la FIVET in alto;
e una per l' ICSI in basso.

I campi con lo sfondo rosso non solo mostrano gli errori ma guidano l'utente nel giusto percorso da seguire per la documentazione. Evidenzia i campi dove è necessario l'inserimento dei dati per permettere la corretta documentazione.

Inserire il numero totale di ovociti maturi in metafase II nel campo MII;
Inserire il numero totale di ovociti immaturi nel campo GV o in metafase I nel campo MI. Il campo "di cui immaturi" viene completato automaticamente;
Inserire il numero totale degli ovociti atretici nel campo Deg-ZPV.

I campi nel blocco Ovociti scongelati sotto, viene completata automaticamente se si scongelano ovociti non fertilizzati.

Trattamento

Nel blocco da PU è possibile inserire tutti i trattamenti o i processi relativi agli ovociti ottenuti dal Pick UP. Qui si può indicare il transfer nel caso di ciclo GIFT o una crioconservazione di ovociti.

Nel blocco sotto da scongelamento ovociti è possibile inserire i rispettivi trattamenti effettuati in ovociti ottenuti da scongelamento.

Inserire il numero totale di ovociti trattati con FIVET nel campo IVF;
Inserire il numero totale di ovociti trattati con ICSI nel campo ICSI;
Inserire il numero totale di ovociti crioconservati nel campo Crio;
Inserire il numero totale di ovociti trasferiti nel caso di cicli GIFT nel campo GIFT;
Inserire il numero totale di ovociti non trattati o scartati nel campo Scartati/no Trattamento.

Appena sia stato inserito almeno un ovocita per la FIVET o la ICSI nel blocco Trattamento, questo deve essere visualizzato nella sezione Terapie e spermiogrammi associati nella parte alta della schermata.

Doppio click sul relativo spermiogramma. Si aprirà la finestra relativa ai Trattamenti e spermiogrammi associati.

Fasi pronucleari

Qui è possibile documentare i risultati della fertilizzazione nella fase pronuclare (al giorni 1 dopo FIVET/ICSI) divisi in FIVET (blocco da IVF) e ICSI (blocco da ICSI).

Inserire il numero totale di ovociti regolarmente fertilizzati allo stadio 2PN nel campo 2PN;
Inserire il numero totale di ovociti allo stadio 1PN nel campo 1PN;
Inserire il numero totale di ovociti con 3 o più pronuclei nel campo >=3PN;
Inserire il numero totale di ovociti non fertilizzati allo stadio 0PN nel campo 0PN;
Inserire il numero totale di ovociti atretici o scartati dopo FIVET o ICSI nel campo Atretic/Scartati.

I campi Scongelamento-PN saranno riempiti automaticamente appena degli oviciti allo stadio PN saranno scongelati nel corso del ciclo in atto.

Selezione 2 PN

I blocchi 2PN da IVF e 2PN da ICSI documentano lo stadio pronucleare degli ovociti che sono stati regolarmente fertilizzati.

Inserire il numero totale degli embrioni allo stadio 2PN selezionati per il transfer nel campo Per coltura;
Se si desidera crioconservare le cellule rimanenti, inserire il loro numero nel campo Crio. Si aprirà la finestra della Crioconservazione;

I campi Crio saranno automaticamente completati se gli ovociti allo stadio PN sono stati crioconservati nel corso del ciclo.

Inserire il numero totale degli ovociti allo stadio 2PN trasferiti nel campo 2PN transferiti;
Inserire il numero totale degli scartati allo stadio 2PN nel campo Scartati.

Se si erano scongelati ovociti precedentemente nel blocco Fasi pronucleari indicarlo separatamente nella colonna "da scongelamento PN" in entrambi i blocchi Selezione 2PN.

Embrioni

In entrambi i blocchi da IVF e da ICSI, si inseriscono le informazioni sul destino dei 2PN selezionati per l'embrio-transfer-ancora, deve essere fatto separatamente per quelli trattati con FIVET e quelli trattati con ICSI.

Inserire il numero totale degli embrioni trasferiti con morfologia ideale nel campo ET morf. ideal (max. di 3);
Inserire il numero totale degli embrioni trasferiti con morfologia non ideale nel campo ET morf. non ideal (max. di 3);
Inserire la data del transfer nella nuova finestra;
Inserire il numero totale degli ovociti arrestati allo stadio 2PN nel campo 2PN arrestati;
Inserire il numero totale degli embrioni arrestati in stadio embrionale nel campo Arresto embrioni;
Inserire il numero totale degli ovociti atretici o scartati nel campo Atret./scartati

I campi nella colonna Scongelamento saranno automaticamente completati nel caso in cui degli ovociti siano scongelati nel corso del ciclo.

Cancellazione prima del ET

Nel campo Motivo per nessun ET selezionare no cancellazione se il transfer è stato effettuato. Altrimenti, selezionare dalla lista una delle ragioni per cui il transfer non è stato eseguito.

Se questo trattamento necessita di essere cancellato per qualche ragione, ma lo spermiogramma fosse già stato creato e associato al ciclo è possibile associarlo ad un altro ciclo se necessario.

Volendo tenere nota del fatto che lo spermiogramma fosse stato creato per questo ciclo, poi cancellato, è possibile assegnarlo al ciclo inserendolo nel campo Spermiogramma (solo senza trattamento).
