Ciclo sospeso

E' possibile interrompere il ciclo prima di effettuare gli eventi importanti come il pick up, l'inseminazione o lo congelamento di materiale. 

Per farlo, fare tasto destro nel giorno in cui si intende interrompere il ciclo nella riga verde relativa agli Eventi e poi selezionare "Annulla terapia prima del trattamento".

Si aprirà la seguente finestra:

  • Selezionare la causa principale per la sospensione del ciclo.
  • Premere OK per confermare.

  • L'icona CA (Cycle Abortion) indicherà l'interruzione del ciclo per quella specifica data.

 

Data ultima mestruazione

Con l'opzione Imposta data UM è possibile indicare la data dell'ultima mestruazione della paziente. This is very important since the Overview tab will be displayed starting from this date.

In order to set a new LMP date, do the following:

  • Right-click the respective day in the Events group to set or reposition the date of the last menstrual period.
  • Click Set date of LP.

In case the LMP date had already been set, confirm the following warning by selecting Yes.

 

Relocating the cycle

You can also easily relocate a cycle to another IVF center.

  • Right-click a day in the Events group.
  • Click Relocate cycle.

 

The following window will open:

  • Here you can enter the clinic ID.
  • Alternatively, click on the empty field to see a list of all centers.
  • Confirm your entry or selection by pressing OK.

An icon will indicate the relocation of the cycle in the Events groups.

 

Impostare data fine terapia

E' possibile documentare la fine del ciclo grazie all'evento Imposta data fine terapia.

  • Tasto destro sul giorno scelto nell barra degli Eventi. .
  • Cliccare su Imposta data fine terapia.

 

L'evento sarà mostrato come nell'immagine seguente e nel calendario non saranno visibili i giorni seguenti alla data impostata.

Comparirà quest'icona che indica la fine del ciclo nella barra verde degli Eventi. 

 

Se necessario, è possibile resettare l'evento.

  • Tasto destro sull'evento;
  • Selezionare Imposta data fine terapia;
  • L'evento sarà cancellato.

 

Stampare l'overview del ciclo

Tasto destro nella barra Eventi e scegliere Stampa.

Nella nuova finestra scegliere il periodo da stampare e cliccare su OK per stampare l'overview del ciclo.
