Click on this button to open the window for adding a new patient.
	Enter Surname, Name, Patient ID, Gender and Date of birth. Click OK. If the Patient ID is not set to be automatically generated in the system settings, it will be possible to fill this field as well.

• Dates in MedITEX IVF can be entered with the help of the calendar function or directly in the input field in the format DDMMYY (for example: 041278 will automatically be translated to December 4th of 1978).

• If you wish to add a date from the current year, just enter DDMM (for example 1205 = May 14th of 2013).
