This page contains the list of problems which may occur while trying to configure SMS interface in MedITEX. 

 

1. Error message: " Error calling MSXML method send. The error returned was: The download of the specified resource has failed. " 

    Solution: 

	Make sure that connection to Esendex website www.esendex.com is allowed.
	Check the settings of your Firewall on the server   Check the settings of your Firewall on the router
