To get a connection via Teamviewer, you need our "Quick Support Tool".

It can be downloaded for free on our website <a href="http://www.meditex-software.com/index.php/de/download/quicksupport-tool">www.meditex-software.com</a>.

You only have to start this small program which does not require an installation or admin rights.

With your permission, we can connect with your computer and control it remotely as if we were sitting right in front of it.

We will only need your ID, which you find at Info -> Remote assistance.
