The menu bar is located at the top of the page. It's always visible, no matter which view or settings you select.
In the following list you will find all the information and functions of the menu bar. Use the links to get even more detailed descriptions.
File
→ Exit:
- Close the MedITEX scheduler.
System
→ Settings: Basic operations of MedITEX scheduler.
- General settings such as the Scheduler view or System, add Holidays and Others like the rule for generating the patient ID.
- Define resources or groups. Insert new, edit or delete resources or groups.
- Determine working times and constraints for all or selected resources. Add new, edit or delete working times.
- Add new, edit or delete treatments. Link them with resources.
Appointments
→ Appointments by resource:
- A list with all appointments of today will be opened.
- By default the appointment list can be viewed for all resources, but you can also filter the appointments by certain resources. The time period for the selection can also be adjusted.
- The same functionality owns the button at the left top corner of the main window called "Appointment list / print".
→ Print scheduler:
- A print preview of the selected date will be opened.
- The window will also be opened if you click at the left top corner of the main window on "Print scheduler".
→ Proposed appointments:
- It's possible to generate automaticly proposed appointments, if the appropriate settings were set and it's connected to MedITEX IVF.
Patients
→ Patient data:
- Add or edit patients.
Reports
→ Appointment conflicts:
- Information about the selected resources appointment conflicts which arise through "overcrowding" or "double occupancy".
