Configuration of Antivirus software which is installed on your system (server and clients) can be the reason why:
- MedITEX speed is not satisfactory
- loss of database connection is happening
To avoid these problems, the Virus Scanner should be configured in a way that the following folders and files are excluded from being scanned:
For Server | ||
1. | <drivename>:\CRITEX\MedITEX IVF\MedITEX IVF.exe
2. | <drivename>:\CRITEX\MedITEX IVF\RDAD.exe
3. | <drivename>:\CRITEX\MedITEX IVF\Terminplaner.exe
4. | Firebird Win32: C:\Program Files (x86)\Firebird\Firebird_2_5\bin\fb_inet_server.exe
5. | <drivename>:\CRITEX\Firebird 2.5\Firebird-x64\bin\<strong>fb_inet_server.exe </strong></strong> |
For Clients | |
1. | \\Servername\MedITEX IVF\MedITEX IVF.exe |
2. | \\Servername\MedITEX IVF\RDAD.exe |
3. | \\Servername\MedITEX IVF\Terminplaner.exe |
<img src="/images/hint129.png" alt="" width="129" height="129" /> | This has to be done on the server and on every single client where MedITEX is used. |
