<p>This opens the list of forms waiting to be submitted. If you accessed this module from patient record, filter should be automatically applied &ndash; so you only see forms relevant to this patient.</p>
 
<p>You can remove the filter by deleting patient ID from &lsquo;Quick Filter&rsquo; field to see forms for all patients which are waiting to be sent.Picture below explains the basics about the interface:</p>

Every time a MedITEX IVF user creates/updates some information on the Patient’s demographics section or in the patient's Treatment Cycle, then MedITEX IVF will send a <a href="/index.php?title=HFEA_Interface">HFEA form</a> to the MedITEX HFEA interface.

 

To access main window of the Interface go to 'Export' Menu on top of MedITEX IVF window and choose 'MedITEX HFEA' option (alternatively, you can create a shortcut on your desktop).

*If you are a UK clinic and you don't have the option 'MedITEX HFEA', please contact MedITEX Support to activate it.

 

The main window is separated in two sections: Active forms and History.

Both sections has basically the same functions:
