Every time a MedITEX IVF user creates/updates some information on the Patient’s demographics section or in the patient's Treatment Cycle, then MedITEX IVF will send a <a href="/index.php?title=HFEA_Interface">HFEA form</a> to the MedITEX HFEA interface.
To access main window of the Interface go to 'Export' Menu on top of MedITEX IVF window and choose 'MedITEX HFEA' option (alternatively, you can create a shortcut on your desktop).
*If you are a UK clinic and you don't have the option 'MedITEX HFEA', please contact MedITEX Support to activate it.
The main window is separated in two sections: Active forms and History.
Both sections has basically the same functions:

This opens the list of forms waiting to be submitted. If you accessed this module from patient record, filter should be automatically applied – so you only see forms relevant to this patient.
You can remove the filter by deleting patient ID from ‘Quick Filter’ field to see forms for all patients which are waiting to be sent.Picture below explains the basics about the interface:
