Configuration of Antivirus software which is installed on your system (server and clients) can be the reason why:
- MedITEX speed is not satisfactory
- loss of database connection is happening
To avoid these problems, the Virus Scanner should be configured in a way that the following folders and files are excluded from being scanned:
1. |
<drivename>:\CRITEX - folder where MedITEX IVF is installed |
2. | <drivename>:\CRITEX\MedITEX IVF\MedITEX IVF.exe |
3. | <drivename>:\CRITEX\MedITEX IVF\RDAD.exe |
4. | <drivename>:\CRITEX\MedITEX IVF\Terminplaner.exe |
5. | C:\Program Files (x86)\Firebird\Firebird_2_5\bin\fb_inet_server.exe |
<img src="/images/hint129.png" alt="" width="129" height="129" /> | This has to be done on the server and on every single client where MedITEX is used. |
