DICOM (Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine) - is an open and widely spread standard for exchanging medical information. This information may, for example, be digital images produced by ultrasound and other devices, as well as all image-related additional data.
DICOM Connector is a MedITEX module which supports DICOM compatible devices.
