    • Click on this button to open the window for adding a new patient.

    • Enter Surnamen, Name, Patient ID, Gender and Date of birth.


    • Click OK.

     

    • If the Patient ID is not set to be automatically generated in the system settings, it will be possible to fill this field as well.
  • Dates in MedITEX IVF can be entered with the help of the calendar function or directly in the input field in the format DDMMYY (for example 041278 = 4. December 1978).

 

  • If you wish to add a date of the current year, entering the information in the format DDMM is sufficient (for example 1205 = 14. May 2009).
  • Confirm your entries by pressing <TAB> on your keyboard to move the cursor into the next input field.
