To set a time limit for a patient in the waiting room, you have to access the program settings.

System -> Settings -> General -> Scheduler -> System:

Adjust the waiting limit to the desired amount.

This example sets the limit to 15 minutes. If a patient is waiting for more than 15 minutes in the waiting room, the time display turns red.
