In "New sub-account" page, which is a client area, you can configure the new sub-account details using the same existing displayed form, by setting a Name, an SID which will be used to log into Verifalia, either through the clients area or via the API that has to be enabled (depending on the specified permissions) and an Auth token that represents the password.

In this panel, the user may enter the account information of his Verifalia registration. The settings may be tested with the button "Validation test" which will perform a validation with his email address.

On the right side of this panel, some information about Verifalia will be displayed to inform the user about this service.

Validation

The verification will be done in the patients demographics. If there is no account information set in the system settings, all components related to the email validation won’t be visible.

When an email address has been entered and the field gets validated, the validation status is reset to "unverified". A button next to the email field will show the state of the request using different icons (none, pending, timeout, error, valid, invalid). By pressing it, a validation request is sent to the web service through the Verifalia dll. During the validation  the button is replaced by a loading animation. If there isn’t any response within 5 seconds, the validation process will be aborted and the status is set to "timeout" informing the user to try again later.

When the verification is completed, the result will be stored in the newly created fields in table PERSON. The button next to it will display the "valid" state. Clicking the button again will re-validate this email address.
