1. Error message: " Error calling MSXML method send. The error returned was: The download of the specified resource has failed. "

    Solution:

Make sure that connection to Esendex website www.esendex.com is allowed.
  • Check the settings of your Firewall on the server  
  • Check the settings of your Firewall on the router
