<h4><strong>What is different?</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Registration - now there is only 1 form but different <span style="text-decoration: underline;">registration types</span><span style="font-size: 10px;"> - demographic &rarr; field: registration type</span></li>
<li>ITT (intention to treat) from does <span style="text-decoration: underline;">not</span> exist anymore</li>
</ul>
<h4>Movement in:</h4>
<ul>
<li><span style="text-decoration-line: underline;">Importing donor material from UK:</span> 
<ul>
<li><strong>DO NOT send a registration form for that donor</strong></li>
<li>A UK donor should be registered only at that centre where the donor gives sperm/eggs</li>
<li>Donor number (from the centre where donor was registered) should be filled in anonymID</li>
<li>In the cryo mask the Centre should be filled in from where the sample was imported</li>
</ul>

<li><span style="text-decoration-line: underline;">Importing donor material from oversees:</span> 
<ul>
<li>Registration form with donor type has to be sent</li>
<li>Cryo mask: enter country</li>
<li>In HFEA Form &rarr; enter bank clinic name</li>
</ul>

</ul>

<ul>
<li><span style="text-decoration-line: underline;">Patients moving to another centre, bringing cryo material</span> 
<ul>
<li>Last Patient Registration number should be filled in demographics</li>
<li>Submit patient registration form</li>
</ul>
</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li> Before sending Movement IN form, movement out data of exporting centre has to be fetched from PRISM database over calling an specific endpoint: "Get movement-out from PRISM".</li>
</ul>

<h4>Female same sex couples:</h4>
<ul>
<li>The surrogate mother is receiving only the EMBRYO (no mixing or freezing on her side!) either:      
<ul>
<li><span style="text-decoration: underline;">fresh</span> (new form "Fresh donated embryo" will be created) or</li>
<li><span style="text-decoration: underline;">frozen</span> (FET) &rarr; reserving the embryo &rarr; thawing in surrogate cycle (form "Embryo thaw for use or refreeze" will be created)</li>
</ul>

<ul>

<li>If a egg donor donates to 2 men, each men is registration type "intended father", with a female dummy and a own cycle for mixing.&nbsp;</li>
