Through the change log, you can visualize all modifications that were made. You can also access this functionality at any point over the QM button. The changes are displayed on a list and will present the following information:

  • Modified date
  • Name of employee
  • Names of the changed data fields
  • Area name, and
  • Date of the record

 

It is possible to open the change logs directly in the current window. For example, at the female medical history:

The five last changes are stored. If there is a sixth change, the oldest will be deleted.

The number of recorded change can under System -> Configuration -> Settings -> System -> Functions -> General.
