This page contains possible problems which may occur while trying to <a href="/index.php?title=How_to_configure_SMS_interface%3F">configure SMS interface</a> in MedITEX.

1. Error message: " Error calling MSXML method send. The error returned was: The download of the specified resource has failed. "

    Solution:

 Make sure that connection to Esendex website www.esendex.com is allowed.
  • Check the settings of your Firewall on the server  
  • Check the settings of your Firewall on the routher
